Initiate Your Request
Log into your Moji Mall account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit; please include all hardware, manuals, and the original packing slip.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
