Currently, Moji Mall ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your package directly through your Moji Mall account dashboard.
